The Waist measurement is measured from the elastic waistband.
   For Regular Size, it can fit waist 22 - 36 inches.
   For Plus size, it can fit waist 36 -53 inches.

 

For the Length, it is measured from the elastic waistband down.
  It depends on where you would like to wear the waistband.
  You can wear it anywhere from your under bust to your natural waist.

 

And if the waist fits and the length is alright for you,
everything else will fit just right!
